An exciting opportunity is available to join the Clovie Team as Executive Assistant in a temporary role covering maternity leave. This position is 26.6 hours per week (equivalent to 3.5 days), commencing 20 February 2026.
The Executive Assistant oversees the reception and administrative functions of the church office and provides executive support to the Lead Pastor and Business Manager.

In 2026 we will have an opportunity for someone to join the Pathway team in the role of Treasured Op Shop Manager. This role is part-time and will appeal to someone who would enjoy running a retail business. The role includes recruiting and managing volunteers, stock control and pricing, and marketing, including the use of social media.
The position is 30.4 hours per week (equivalent to 4 days per week).

As a Clovie Intern, you’ll:
Serve and participate in a ministry area (around 4 hours per week) such as Kids, Youth, Worship, Pathway, Café, or others.
Gather and learn through regular Intern Huddles focused on spiritual formation, leadership, and practical ministry.
Develop and reflect through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and reading that encourages personal and spiritual growth.
The internship can be taken for personal growth or for Tabor credit (toward a ministry qualification).
Cost:
Audit: $80 per semester
For Tabor credit: standard subject fees
