  2. Read Phil 4:10-13. How have you experienced contentment in your own life? What stops you from experiencing it more?

  4. Read 2 Corinthians 12:8-10. How might God be showing His strength through your weaknesses?

  5. Read John 15:4-5. What does it mean to remain connected to the vine? What helps you stay connected to Jesus?

Read Matt 11:28-30 each day this week and allow God’s spirit to continue to speak to you.

  1. What desires are currently driving your life?
    Reflect on whether these desires lead you toward contentment or restlessness. How does the concept of reorienting our desires toward God resonate with you?

  2. How do you view the practice of Sabbath in your life?
    In what ways could intentionally setting aside time for rest and worship help you re-center your focus on God?

  3. What areas of your life do you find hardest to slow down?
    How can embracing the discipline of slowing improve your spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being?

  4. What are some practical ways you can experience rest and delight in God?
    Consider examples from the sermon like walking on the beach, enjoying a meal, or simply being still with God.

  5. How does the concept of Sabbath as resistance to consumerism and busyness challenge your current lifestyle?
