Notice of Members' Meetings Mon 24 November 2025 for Clovercrest Baptist Church & Pathway Community Centre

Dear Members 

I write with details of our up-coming Members’ Meetings for Clovie and Pathway. The meetings will be held on Monday 24 November 2025 at 7.30pm at Clovie Modbury North.

See the links below on our website for the Agendas and Papers for CBC and Pathway Members’ Meetings. These meetings include motions for the 2026 Budgets. The PowerPoints for the 2025 Finance Reports are also included below for your reference prior to the meetings.

Absentee voting is available for both the Clovie and Pathway meetings. If you are unable to attend due to one of the circumstances outlined in the Policy, please complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote. To do so, please do the following:

If you know someone who is unable to complete a Notice of Intention online for a paper vote, please ask them to phone the office on 8397 9400, at their earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding Absentee Voting.

For those who you may be aware of that do not have email, please let them know that hard copies of the Agendas and Papers will be available at the information desk.

If you have any questions relating to the meeting papers, such as for the 2026 Budgets or Finance PowerPoints, we would ask that they be forwarded in advance of the meeting to office@clovercrest.com.au by Sunday 16 November 2025.
