Dear Members

Members Meetings for Clovercrest Baptist Church and Pathway Community Centre will be held at Clovie Modbury North on Monday 24 November 2025, commencing at 7:30pm.

If you are unable to attend due to one of the circumstances outlined in the Absentee Voting Policy, you may like to complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote. If so, please refer to the Policy and Procedures at clovie.com.au/members for further information, and complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote on the same webpage. If you know someone who is unable to complete a Notice of Intention online, please ask them to phone Cherise at the office on 8397 9400, at their earliest convenience.

ABSENTEE VOTING POLICY

Absentee Voting is available for those who cannot attend the meeting in person, due to:

• work commitments

• illness or incapacity to attend (unwell/age/frailty)

• intrastate, interstate or overseas travel

• caring for another person/s (e.g. parenting)
