Notice of Annual General Meetings Mon 26 May 2025 & Amendments to Clovercrest Baptist Church & Pathway Community Centre Constitutions

Dear Members

At the November 2023 Members’ Meetings, amendments to the Clovercrest and Pathway Constitutions were approved. Following the Members’ Meetings, the new Constitutions were submitted to Consumer and Business Services. They reviewed these documents and requested some minor updates. 

Therefore, these are the formal Notices for the Annual General Meetings for Clovercrest Baptist Church Inc (Clovercrest) and Pathway Community Centre Inc (Pathway), being held on Monday 26 May 2025 at 7.30pm at Clovie Modbury North. At these meetings, we will vote on amendments to the Clovercrest and Pathway Constitutions. The amendments are procedural updates, explained in the documents available below. In addition, copies of the proposed (updated) Constitutions are also available for reference below.

These notices are have been forwarded to members to comply with the requirements to give at least 60 days’ notice to any proposed changes to these Constitutions. Our general AGM agendas (items/papers) will be distributed in May ahead of the AGMs.
