I write with details of our Annual General Meetings for Clovercrest Baptist Church and Pathway Community Centre. The meetings will be held on Monday 25 May 2026 at 7.30pm at Clovie Modbury North.
Click on the links on this page for the Agendas and Papers for the Clovie and Pathway AGMs. These meetings include motions for the re-appointment of two Council Members and the 2025 Annual Impact and Auditor Reviewed Financial Reports. The PowerPoints for the 2026 Finance Reports are also included on this Members’ webpage for your reference prior to the meetings.
Absentee Voting
Absentee voting is available for both the Clovie and Pathway meetings. If you are unable to attend due to one of the circumstances outlined in the Policy, please complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote. To do so, please do the following:

If you know someone who is unable to complete a Notice of Intention online for a paper vote, please ask them to see Reception or phone the office on 8397 9400, at their earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries regarding Absentee Voting.
For those who you may be aware of that do not have email, please let them know that hard copies of the Agendas and Papers will be available at the information desk.
If you have any questions relating to the meeting papers, such as for the 2025 Auditor Reviewed Financial Reports or the 2026 Finance Reports, we would ask that they be forwarded in advance of the meeting to office@clovercrest.com.au by Sunday 17 May 2026.
